Event Refunds

Refund Policies:

When you enter an event via the ManeHub platform, we act as a gateway for your payment, passing the balance of your payment, less fees directly to into the clubs nominated bank account via Stripe. 

Each individual club will detail their refund policies on the event page, visible just under the "Register" button when you enter any event on the ManeHub platform. Some clubs may deduct an admin fee to cover volunteer time, processing fees or there may be a late cancellation policy. As each event and discipline is slightly different, pease chat with your club if you have any questions about their refund policies.

How long do refunds take?

ManeHub makes refunds very easy for clubs to process either the full amount or a partial refund at the click of a button and final approval. Once the club has done this, a request is sent by Stripe to return the amount specifies back to the bank or card issuer you used to pay. This takes approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank. Refunds can’t be cancelled after they’re issued. Disputes and chargebacks aren’t possible on credit card charges that are fully refunded.

If the refund is issued shortly after the original charge, this will appear in the form of a reversal instead of a refund and can appear in the your bank account much quicker.
